Jeff Kutcher founded Prestige Homes in 1996 after spending three years building specialty cabinetry and furniture. At just 18 years of age he was both building homes for sale and managing two residential framing crews. As the businesses prospered he focused more and more on home building.

Even though the company has grown, Jeff still focuses on "one on one" service. "I still meet with each customer and do most of the "walk throughs personally," advises Jeff.

Jeff's wife Erin oversees most of the administrative functions for the company. "We have a great partnership," adds Jeff.

Jeff and Erin live in Lee's Summit, Missouri with their 4 children.

George Dahmer and his wife Nanette founded Dahmer Construction in 1988. While the company has built homes in many communiites in greater Kansas City it has maintained a stong focus on Raymore and the surrounding area. Locally known for his focus on quality and value, George enjoys an outstanding reputation in the home building industry.

Since its founding, Dahmer Construction has received numerous "Pick of the Parade" and "Distinctive Plan and Design" Awards during local Parade of Homes Events. The company takes pride in its large contingent of repeat customers.
